Refund & Return Policy

AyzainStore gives you hassle-free online shopping in Pakistan with a 7 days return & exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with the product you've received, you can return or exchange it within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Please note that all returned products must meet our conditions (i.e. items shall be in the same condition with complete packaging). To claim for return & exchange Call/WhatsApp +92 335 2037717.

Return & Exchange Requirements

1. Read the care label inside the garment.
2. In case you have received a defective suit, exchange can be claimed within 7 days of purchase. It must be in its original condition with receipt, original label card, and all pieces + accessories.
3. Shipping charges are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable in any form.
4. Incorrect item received can only be returned to AyzainStore office, subject to the item being returned in its original condition. International orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. All prices displayed are inclusive of shipping charges and taxes. Shipping charges will be computed and shown on the checkout page after the shipping mode is selected.
6. Please note that color may slightly vary due to differences in mobile, computer screen, and lighting used during professional photoshoot.
